Prayer Request

As the death toll from yesterday's storms in the South continues to rise, please uphold these dear families and individuals in prayer. 

Lord God,
Even the winds and the seas obey you, and you bring peace to storms and troubled hearts. Please bring comfort and aid to those in need, fill the sorrowing hearts with your grace and hope, stir compassion among your people and show them where and how to reach out and minister in this situation. We pray for the governing officials, the medical professionals, the churches and pastors who will all be coordinating aid and rescue efforts. May many be amazed at Your intervention, faithfulness and power as they see your hand at work in recovery, bringing glory to you as your day draws nearer. Amen
