You Were on the Cross - Matt Maher
The designer of this video says, "The lyrics are only displayed for a reason. Fill the background with your life story. You'll be surprised."
I'd never heard this song before, but it really made me understand that there's something about loneliness that conforms us to the image of Christ.
As you rest in Him this weekend, these verses might speak to you: Galatians 2:20, Philippians 3:10.
And of course the Easter story, which you'll find in the final chapters of Matthew, Mark, Luke or John.
