Video: No More Nights Glen Campbell

Revelation 21:4 (NIV)
He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.

AMEN! Let's rest assured in the hope of Heaven this weekend.

  1. Ferree,

What a beautiful message, song, and video. ♥

I think (at least for me) weekends can be more difficult when you are grieving. This is a great message of hope and I pray that this hope will reach others as well.

  2. This is absolutely beautiful! I have Revelation 21:4 inscribed on a stone that lies in the flower bed outside my house. It was given to me by my siblings instead of flowers at Wayne's funeral.

  6. My husband sang this in a cantata when it first came out, then for many funerals. Our son sang it for his Dad's funeral.

  7. This song played in my heart all day long. I'm looking forward to this Day, and I'm so glad each of you are too! Wow, Ruth, what a powerful message of hope at your husband's funeral.

  8. my sister and I were talking about heaven last night and about the perfection of heaven.

It was commented that that there never again would there be SIN or ANYTHING which defiles - total purity, never again see or hear a smutty seen or remark / Ivory Palaces of purity and perfection, no tears, no pain.

I suppose this is why the Apostle Paul said when he was called up into the third heaven "that eye has not seen, nor has ear heard the things that God has prepared for those who love and belong to him.

Apostle Paul said "it was unlawalful to speak of those things he saw or heard".

And this is where our loved ones are at this very moment - makes me a little envious. But OH what a wonderful homecoming to look forward to. Robin

  9. I'm a little envious, too Robin! But it also reminds me to cherish each moment. It sounds like you and your sister had a precious talk last night. :)How blessed to have each other!
